Wisdom Valley’s BCAA + Glutamine + B6 is a Branched Chain Amino Acid drink mix designed to optimise your training and deliver vital nutrients to your muscles.
The addition of glutamine has a buffering effect on the muscles and prevents excess lactic acid resulting from vigorous anaerobic exercise, and thus muscle soreness and fatigue.
Glutamine is also essential for protein metabolism, and can boost muscle mass by preventing muscle catabolism, while enhancing the action of other amino acids such as arginine and ornithine.
The Branched Chain Amino Acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine have been combined into the scientifically proven optimum ratio of 2:1:1.
